No matter who you are, you've failed plenty of times in your life. Chances are, you're afraid of doing it again. Over at Fast Company, author Warren Berger outlines six questions to ask yourself to kill those fears.
Berger goes into each of these a lot deeper, but the six questions are pretty straight-forward what if scenarios:
- What would you attempt to do if you knew you could not fail?
- What if I fail—how will I recover?
- What if I do nothing?
- What if I succeed?
- What's truly worth doing, whether you fail or succeed?
- In this failure, what went right?
Of course, all kinds of variations on this questions are out there. Head over to Fast Company for a few more ideas on coping with potential failure.
